We welcome families to come and visit out Centre and meet the educators before enrolment.
We provide an orientation process for new children and families so that you can familiarise yourselves with our daily routine and activities.
Stay and play days are an opportunity to gain a better understanding of our environment and become familiar with our educators.
The Child Care Subsidy is a payment made by the Australian Government to help families with the cost of quality child care and early education. This is paid directly to the Centre to reduce your weekly fee.
As part of your enrolment process you will be asked to provide details of your child's immunisation status by providing your child's Immunisation History Statement.
Visit www.sahealth.sa.gov.au to review the early childhood services and immunisation requirements.
Each child must be signed in and out of the centre every day they attend. This is a legal requirement and is in the interest of your child's safety
These records are used in case of emergencies and for the calculation of the Child Care Subsidy.
You will always be advised of how your child’s day has been when you collect your child, however, please feel free to call us during the day to see how your child has settled into care.
When your child is ready to move into the next room, they will start to have short visits so they can become familiar with their new educators, routines and friends.
These visits will become progressively longer until they have settled in.
Please let us know if your child will be absent on a day they are booked. This helps us keep our enrolment records up to date and offer a casual booking to another family. Fees are payable for all permanent bookings including days absent due to sickness or holidays. To help us with staff rostering, please advise us of planned absences (such as holidays) at least two weeks in advance.
It is important to let us know of any changes to your child’s enrolment. Various forms are available on our website for changes of enrolment, including: Request a change to the days your child attends the Centre Update your details or your child’s details Notify us of a change in custody arrangements Advise you have authorised someone to collect your child Update your emergency contacts Update your child’s immunisation record Advise us of planned absences (such as holidays)
Casual bookings can be accommodated when space is available. The daily fee will apply.
