Privacy Policy

Torrensville Community Childcare Centre will store your information securely and it will remain confidential. 

We follow the SA Government Information Sharing Guidelines for Promoting Safety and Wellbeing. We will not share information about you outside of UCWB without your consent, unless we are required by law to do so or it is assessed that you are at risk of serious harm, abuse or neglect, or pose a risk to yourself or public safety. 

We will act in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles. Copies of the Act and the Privacy Principles can be found at www.oaic.gov.au. 

As part of providing a service to you, Torrensville Community Childcare Centre will need to collect and record personal information that is relevant to your current situation. 

Upon request you may access the information recorded on your file except where prevented by relevant legislation. If you want to view the information on your file, please submit your request in writing, addressed to the UCWB Privacy Officer, 77 Gibson Street, Bowden SA 5007 or by email to privacy@ucwb.org.au.
