Our community is what makes us special.

Management and staff of the Torrensville Community Childcare Centre are assisted by the Parent Advisory Committee. The committee is a way for families to be involved in an advisory, consultative and decision-making capacity in the development and implementation of policies that reflect a clear statement of the centre’s philosophy. 

We invite family members to join the Parent Advisory Committee. 

We recognise that our centre is culturally and linguistically diverse and we want to ensure that all families experience a sense of belonging. To achieve this we provide opportunities for children to develop an understanding of different cultures and help foster in each child an awareness and acceptance of these cultures by engaging multiculturalism into our programs. 

We are inclusive and accommodate children with additional needs and their families who are supported with additional resources and by the engagement of specialist agencies.
