We close on public holidays. If your child has a regular booking that falls on a public holiday you will be charged.
If your child is unwell or unable to attend childcare on one of their regular days, you will be charged. Please remember to telephone the Centre to advise your child will not be attending.
We also close for four days a year for staff professional development when no fees are charged.
If we have capacity, we are able to accept casual bookings, however if your child cannot attend a casual booking, we do require 24 hours’ notice, otherwise you will be charged.
If your child is leaving the Centre we require at least two weeks’ notice.
A lot of parents are unaware that your child must attend on their last day of care, or you will be charged the full daily fee as Child Care Subsidy will not be applied.
The number of hours of subsidised care that families will have access to per fortnight will be determined by Centrelink. To learn more abut the Child Care Subsidy, visit www.education.gov.au/ChildCarePackage.
It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to register for Child Care Subsidy. This can be done by contacting Centrelink on 136 150 or by accessing you MyGov account at www.my.gov.au.

Eligible higher rate children will receive a 30% higher subsidy, up to a maximum 95%. Families may be eligible if they:
Families already getting CCS don’t need to do anything. Services Australia will automatically increase the CCS for eligible second and younger children.
